Our mission is to have as many people as possible share Blake’s story so we can find him a kidney match. Blake’s blood type is O+. Description

Blake is a 9 year old boy from Griffith, Indiana who has been waiting for his second kidney transplant for 8 years. He was born with polycystic kidney disease and has been on dialysis since he was 3 weeks old. If he does not receive a kidney immediately he will be stuck at the size of a five year of for the rest of his life. His condition is life threatening and this sweet little boy has not been able to have a normal life, let alone childhood, due to his debilitating disease.
